There is no perfect food that gathers in its composition everything we need: proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals... but there is no food harmful to health either (at least if it is consumed in a reasonable amount).
So every food has its place and utility.
This is why foods are classified into groups based on their specific nutrient composition.
To achieve nutritional balance, you will need to eat reasonable amounts of foods from each major food family every day.
